What's the cost for extending my trip?
If your going to extend your stay before or after one or two days, please reach out to Katie for the price. If your extending 3 or more days then you reach out to Jay Islam.
May I bring a guest?
You may bring a guest either the front side or the back side of the trip. We do not invite guests of the employees during the President’s Gold Circle Club trip.
Is the water safe to drink?
The resort only serves bottled water which is purified and safe to drink. Avoid drinking tap water.
Do I need to convert Dollars to Pesos?
US Dollars are accepted in most places, but be careful carrying large amounts of American cash on you. You may convert US dollars to pesos at a range of $1 to 18 Mexican Pesos (approximately). Currency exchange facilities are located all around town. However, it is best to convert only a little bit of your cash at a time. Do not depend on your credit card because not everyone will accept it.
Do I need to tip at the resort?
It isn’t mandatory but you may wish to tip staff if you feel the service they provide was exceptional. In general, tip waiters, waitresses, and bartenders 10-15% and maids 10 pesos per day.
