    Emergency Cancellation Policy:
    An employee may cancel their trip at any time without penalty, provided the cancellation is due to a family or medical emergency that can be substantiated through professional medical documentation.

    Non-Emergency Cancellation Policy:
    Hotel:
    An employee may cancel their room reservation without penalty, provided they notify the trip coordinator at least 35 days in advance of when trip departure is scheduled. Any cancellation 34 days or less will incur a 100% penalty. Cost will be determined by the type of room that has been reserved for the employee and a copy of the actual contracted price for the room will be provided by Redi Carpet.

    Airline:
    All reservations are non-refundable. An employee may cancel their airline reservation any time after it is booked, however, they will be required to refund the cost of the ticket to Redi Carpet. The employee will own the ticket at that point, and will have the ability to use the ticket for their own personal travel to any destination they choose, after paying the applicable change fees charged by the airline. Travel using that ticket must be taken within 12 months of the date the ticket was issued by our travel agent. Grand Travel & Cruise will be able to assist any employee requiring interested in re-booking travel using that ticket.
